The service
getUpReel provides social-media promotion services listed on this website. Each listing shows its price, the quantity range you can order, and a description of what is delivered. Delivery times are estimates and depend on the service.
Your account
You sign in with a one-time code sent to your mobile number or email. Keep access to it secure; you are responsible for orders placed from your account. We may suspend accounts used for fraud or abuse.
Prices and payment
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). You pay for orders from your wallet, which you top up through Razorpay. The amount you pay is exactly the amount shown; we add no extra fees. Your wallet is credited only after the payment is confirmed by Razorpay. Wallet balance has no cash value except as described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy and cannot be transferred to another account.
Orders
You must submit a valid, public link for the content you want promoted. Orders with invalid links, or that would breach a platform's rules or the law, may be refused or cancelled, as described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Liability
Results on third-party platforms are outside our control. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
Changes
We may update these terms; the version on this page applies from the time it is published.
