Privacy Policy
This policy explains what getUpReel collects when you use this website and how it is used.
What we collect
- Account details: the mobile number or email address you sign in with, and your name if you provide it.
- Orders: the services you order, quantities, and the links you submit for delivery.
- Wallet and payments: your wallet balance and transactions, and payment references from Razorpay (order and payment ids, amount, status). We never receive or store card numbers, CVV, UPI PIN, OTPs or bank login details - those are entered only on Razorpay's secure payment window.
- Technical data: IP address and basic request logs, used for security (for example rate limiting and fraud prevention).
How we use it
To sign you in, process and deliver your orders, keep your wallet accurate, confirm payments with Razorpay, provide support, and protect the service from abuse. We do not sell your personal data.
Who we share it with
- Razorpay, to process payments (your mobile number or email may be pre-filled on the payment window).
- SMS and email providers, only to send your login codes.
- Authorities, where required by law.
Cookies
We use only essential cookies: to keep you signed in, to protect forms against forgery, and to show one-time messages. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
Retention and your choices
Payment and transaction records are kept as long as required for accounting and legal purposes. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data by contacting us; some records may have to be kept where the law requires it.
